The Social Launch - Interactive English Learning

The Journey in English | Life Track: Your Way to Speak to the World

Welcome to the Life Track, a special part of ‘The Journey in English’ program. This track is for people who want to use English in real life, not just study it in a book. We move away from boring classroom rules to focus on easy speaking and real confidence. From learning your first sounds to talking with people from different countries, every step helps you feel at home anywhere in the world.

Who is this track for?

Is the Life Track Right for You? The Life Track is perfect for students who want to speak more than they want to study difficult grammar. Are you a traveler who wants to visit new cities easily? Do you want to make friends from all over the world? Or do you love movies and music and want to understand them without help? If yes, this is your path. It is fun, easy to follow, and gives you results you can use today.

The Bridge to Advanced Communication

Welcome to the pinnacle of the Social Launch phase. The Social Launch Level 03 is designed for learners who want to master the nuances of English. By following the precise academic standards of Cambridge, this course transitions you from “surviving” to “thriving” in English-speaking environments. We focus on the functional language that adults need for travel, health, and planning for the future.

Food, Travel, and Urban Navigation

The journey begins with the flavors of the world. You will learn to describe food, express likes and dislikes in restaurants, and master the art of dining etiquette. We then move to the streets, where you will learn to describe your hometown, give complex directions, and talk about the unique features of different cities. Whether you are a traveler or a professional, these skills ensure you are never lost for words in a new environment.

Health, Advice, and Personal Well-being

True fluency means being able to discuss your well-being. This level equips you with the vocabulary to describe health symptoms, body parts, and personal habits. You will learn how to give and receive advice, making you a supportive friend and a clear communicator in medical or personal situations. We focus on natural expressions that help you connect with others on a human level.

Life Experiences and Future Ambitions

One of the most powerful tools in language is the ability to share your story. You will master the Present Perfect to talk about your life experiences—things you’ve done and places you’ve been. Furthermore, we look ahead to your future, teaching you how to express possibilities, make predictions, and discuss your career and personal goals. By the end of this level, you will be able to talk about where you’ve been and where you’re going with absolute clarity.

What is the academic focus of Level 03 in the Social Launch phase?
Level 03 is designed to transition you from structured conversations to full social independence. Following the Cambridge academic framework, it equips you with the advanced social skills every adult needs: confidently sharing your life experiences, navigating cities around the world, managing health-related conversations, and planning for future changes with clarity and purpose.
Will I learn how to discuss my life history and achievements?
Yes. In the final sessions of this level, you will master the Present Perfect. This allows you to talk about your unique life experiences—places you’ve visited, things you’ve accomplished, and milestones you’ve reached—without being tied to a specific time, which is a hallmark of fluent social English.
How does this course prepare me for international travel and dining?
Dedicated sessions on Urban Navigation and Culinary Etiquette teach you how to describe your hometown, give complex directions in foreign cities, and handle restaurant interactions like a pro—from understanding cooking methods to making polite requests and placing orders.
Can I use this level to improve how I discuss health and give advice?
Absolutely. Sessions 07 and 08 focuses on "Health and Well-being". You will gain the vocabulary to describe symptoms and body parts accurately. More importantly, you will learn the social skill of giving and receiving advice using Cambridge-standard modal verbs, which is essential for building deeper personal connections.
Does the course cover future planning and career changes?
Yes. Dedicated sessions on Future Intentions and Life Changes teach you how to distinguish between definite plans and potential possibilities. This is ideal for adults who want to discuss their career ambitions, upcoming social events, or major life transitions—such as moving to a new home or starting a new job.
What is the "Communicative Approach" used in these 16 sessions?
At Questut, we follow the Cambridge methodology, which prioritizes speaking. Even the most complex grammar points, like the Past Continuous or Superlatives, are taught through active role-playing and social simulations. You spend the majority of the session time speaking, not just taking notes.
Why is the Cambridge methodology effective for adult learners at Questut?
The Cambridge "Communicative Approach" is globally recognized for its focus on real-world usage. Instead of just memorizing rules, you practice the language in contexts that matter to adults—work, family, health, and social life. At Questut, we ensure these 16 sessions are 100% interactive.
What is the main goal of "The Social Launch" phase?
The goal is "Independence". This phase is about moving your English from the classroom to the "social world". It's designed to help you interact with people in the street, at work, and during travel.
How do the Oxford and Cambridge curriculum work together in this track?
We use Oxford for building a strong foundation (Phonics and Basic Sentences) and Cambridge for social and professional launching. This combination gives you the best of both academic worlds.
