- Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Cases

- If the user has completed 25% or more of the course content.
- If the refund request is due to a change of mind or lack of time to complete the course.
- If the course fees were paid for discounted or promotional programs unless the program was canceled by Questut.

6. Cancellations by Questut
- If Questut cancels a course for any reason, the full amount paid will be refunded automatically without the need for a refund request.
