Welcome to Questut’s Refund Policy

At Questut, we strive to provide a world-class training experience for all our trainees. We understand that certain circumstances may require you to request a refund, and to ensure fairness and transparency, we have established the following refund policy.
1. General Refund Conditions
Trainees are entitled to request a refund under the following conditions:
- The course has not yet started after registration and payment.
- The purchased course does not match the advertised description or content.
- Technical issues prevent access to the course and remain unresolved after contacting the support team.
- The course is canceled by Questut for any reason.
Trainees must provide a clear reason for the refund request, supported by relevant evidence if available.
2. Refund Timeframe
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days from the date of payment or from the course start date, whichever is earlier.
- Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:
- If 25% or more of the course content has been completed.
- If the refund request is due to a change of mind or lack of time to complete the course.
- If the course fees were paid for discounted or promotional programs, unless the program was canceled by Questut.
4. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, please contact us via email at [email protected] and include the following details:
- Full name
- Course name
- Reason for refund request
- Proof of payment (receipt or invoice)
Your request will be reviewed by our support team, and you will receive a response within 7 business days.
5. Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method (cash, credit card, bank transfer, or electronic wallet).
- The refund process may take 7 to 14 business days, depending on your financial service provider.
6. Course Cancellations by Questut
If Questut cancels a course for any reason, the full amount paid will be refunded automatically, no refund request is required.
7. Administrative and Processing Fees
To ensure fairness and transparency, Questut applies a reasonable administrative fee to cover processing and administrative costs related to refund requests initiated by trainees.
A. When Administrative Fees Apply
An administrative or processing fee will be deducted from the refundable amount in the following situations:
- Trainee-initiated refunds before the course starts: If a trainee requests a refund before the course start date and qualifies under the refund conditions, a 5% administrative fee (or a minimum of 50 AED) will be deducted to cover payment processing, account setup, and registration services.
- Trainee-initiated refunds after the course has started but before 25% completion: If a refund request is approved within this period, Questut may deduct up to 30% of the total course fee to cover digital resource activation, trainer allocation, and administrative services.
- Special discounted or promotional programs: For courses purchased at a discounted rate or under a promotional offer, a non-refundable administrative fee applies unless the program is canceled by Questut.
B. Payment Gateway Fees
- When processing refunds, actual payment gateway fees (e.g., Stripe, Telr, PayTabs) will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- Payment gateway fees are not included in the administrative fee and are applied separately to reflect the actual transaction costs.
C. Cases Where Administrative Fees Do Not Apply
No administrative or processing fees are charged in the following situations:
- If the course is canceled by Questut for any reason.
- If the refund is approved due to technical or operational issues on Questut’s side that prevented access to the course.
- If the payment was duplicated or made in error and verified by Questut’s finance team.
In these cases, the full amount will be refunded to the trainee using the original payment method, with deduction of any actual payment gateway fees only.
D. Transparency and Clarification
- Administrative fees are applied only once per refund request.
- The trainee will be informed in writing of the exact amount to be deducted prior to processing the refund, including both administrative fees and payment gateway fees.
- All fees are calculated to reflect the actual costs of processing and payment services, ensuring fairness and transparency for both parties.
8. Policy Updates
Questut reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time, including reviewing or updating the administrative fee structure, processing fees, and payment gateway fees in line with market standards, payment provider changes, or operational costs.
Any updates will be published on Questut’s official website and will apply prospectively to future refund requests only.
